April 7 – First Stop Friday Concert at Ferndale Library
Ferndale, MI – Check out this free First Stop Friday concert at Ferndale Area District Library!
Detroit singer-songwriter Mike Ward is known for his lyric-centric, vocally-charged folk songs. While growing up in Port Huron, Michigan, he listened to the Irish music of his heritage and sang in several choirs before digesting the influential sounds of Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and John Prine.
The library closes at 6:00 pm on Fridays, but doors will reopen at 7:30 pm for this event, with music beginning promptly at 8:00 pm.
