OC Restaurant Quest: Moe’s on Ten in Novi

Novi, MI – Moe’s on Ten was a nice place to go and write, with nice big booths and good wifi.  I recently went for breakfast and decided to aim for the unusual – the Crow’s Nest Benedict.

This was an open-faced English Muffin topped with corned beef hash, a pair of eggs, and a slathering of tangy, buttery Hollandaise sauce. The corned beef hash was the kind from a can, for a mashed potato type texture that mushed well with the sauce. It came served with hash browns, plus I got a root beer.

Moe’s serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  There are classics you might expect for breakfast – like eggs with meat and hash browns, avocado toast, and a variety of omelette choices.

At some point I’ll go back for lunch or dinner, though it will be hard to chose from so many items such as the hot turkey sandwich with gravy and “smashed” potatoes, the coconut shrimp with pineapple sweet and sour sauce, or the pecan-encrusted Canadian walleye sauteed with creole meuniere sauce. Other choices include shrimp tacos, portobello mushroom ravioli, steak salad, and much more.
