OC Restaurant Quest: Siam Fusion in White Lake

White Lake, MI – Whether dining in or carrying out, Siam Fusion in White Lake offers up creative Thai cuisine made by people who clearly care about quality food and presentation.

I absolutely loved the Pad See-Ew Dinner, which had extra wide rice noodles stir fried with broccoli and egg in a deliciously rich dark brown sauce. The noodles were both thin and delicate feeling, while also holding up perfectly from being cooked.  Also, the flavor wasn’t just added on top at the end, but was cooked right into the noodles and the broccoli, making every bite rich and delicious.This dish can be made with any protein, and my choice was chicken.

I also ordered the Snapper because I’ve never had it before. This breaded fish also came with a tasty sauce and well-prepared, with nice big slices of veggies, with a generous portion of rice, making plenty of leftovers.There was a crispy golden breading on the fish.

There are a lot of Thai restaurants in Oakland County, and I’ve had a lot of noodle dishes, but the Pad See-Ew was so good that it is for sure now among my favorites.

Other menu options include Spicy Noodle Lunch, Massaman Curry with Potato, Fired Tofu and Peanuts, Ginger Cod Filet, Pad Cashew, Pineapple Rice and many more. And for picky kids they offer chicken nuggets and mac and cheese.
