Let’s come together and light up Lathrup Village with Luminaries across the city. To be culturally inclusive, this event will take place on December 31, 2022, starting at 6 p.m.
The evening features Team 42 Strong versus Team Wolverine in a hockey game. Teams are comprised of former professional and college players including current University of Michigan varsity hockey player Johnny Druskinis as well as recreational players from the community.
The arts contest is open to all Oakland County public high school students and entries must be submitted by March 17, 2023, at 4 p.m. through the Oakland County Treasurer’s Office website.
Three designs will be chosen: one youth, one teen, and one adult.
