OC Restaurant Quest: Mia’s Tasty Grill in Madison Heights

Madison Heights, MI – The quest to try every restaurant in Oakland County continues with a hearty breakfast at a neighborhood diner named Mia’s Tasty Grill in Madison Heights. This home-style restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner – as well as drinks.

I was delighted to stop in for breakfast one chilly morning, where an order of biscuits and gravy – topped with three over easy eggs – hit the spot. This lovely restaurant also serves up mimosas and other breakfast cocktails, and it was nice to indulge while I sat at the big comfy book working on a story.

The friendly staff and warm atmosphere make this a great place to dine for any meal.

For breakfast Mia’s offers a variety of omelette choices, including the Mia’s Omelette with prosciutto, pepper, onions, tomato and feta. Under the section labeled “Diet Starts Tomorrow” there are hotcakes and French toast options.

For lunch and dinner there are a number of choices including eight different kinds of wraps, as well as specialty burgers like the avocado burger, spicy billionaire, and the Hawaiian. Dinners include baked meatloaf, ribeye steak, shrimp dinner, and chicken stir fry.
