OC Restaurant Quest – High Octane Cafe in Bloomfield Hills

Bloomfield Hills, MI – Sometimes mornings require a boost of energy, and High Octane Cafe and Bakery offers several ways to amp up breakfast and lunch. I picked up several treats at this automotive-themed cafe, including one of their house-made bagel bombs, which was filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and nice portions of real bacon. There are also sausage and veggie varieties.

I also had tater tots which came perfectly soft in the middle and crispy on the outside with a cup of spicy sauce for dipping.

They of course serve coffee, but I opted for a peach smoothie and a can of sparkling water to start the day with good hydration. And I picked up a couple cookies for later – a chocolate salted caramel and an extra delicious banana pudding cookie. They also serve donuts which are baked fresh.

The location at 1952 S. Telegraph in Bloomfield Hills offers ample seating in a dining room decorated with automotive treasures. According to their website, Head Chef Janice worked as an electrical engineer in the automotive industry before following her passion for food. Marketing Manager Tom loves drag racing and working on his Mustang. High Octane has online ordering available as well.
