Dec 2 – Detroit Urban Craft Fair – Applications Now Open
Detroit, MI – Detroit Urban Craft Fair features over 100 handmade crafters and indie artists each year, and applications are open for people that are interested in one of those vendor spaces!
Participating crafters have the chance to connect with a large, supportive audience in-person and online, with a full roster of makers on the official #DUCF website right on time for the holiday season.
DUCF is December 2-4th at the historic Masonic Temple, featuring an opening night celebration December 2nd, and two full days of vending December 3-4.
The Detroit Urban Craft Fairs mission is to elevate handmade goods as an alternative to mass-produced items and gifts, support and promote small craft businesses providing a place for them to sell during the busy holiday shopping season.
Applications are juried by an annual rotation of local creatives and insure each year there’s an average of 30% brand new makers to the event, keeping the selection fresh for the show’s devoted returning shoppers!
DUCF is produced by Handmade Detroit and planned as a true celebration, with a live DJ spinning an eclectic and rare mix of Motown, deep-cuts vinyl, make and takes all weekend for kids and adults, merchandise to collect and gift, coffee, food, full cash bar and always a few surprises.
