South Lyon, Lyon Township, Milford, Brighton, Lansing, Howell, MI – In the race for Congress in the 7th District, Democrat Elissa Slotkin (who is currently representing the 8th District) is unopposed in the Democratic Primary.
In the Republican Primary, Tom Barrett is on the ballot and Jake Hagg has announced he is running as a write-in candidate.
The winner of the Aug. 2 Republican Primary is expected to face Slotkin in the Nov. 8, 2022 election.
