Miss Oakland County Accepting Applicants for 2022 Pageant

The Miss Oakland County Scholarship Program is accepting application forms for the 2022 Miss Oakland County scholarship competition, a preliminary competition to Miss Michigan and Miss America.
Miss Oakland County is the home of our newly crowned Miss Michigan, Melissa Beyrand! Eligibility Requirements: Any female who is 18-26 years of age and lives, works or attends school in Oakland County is eligible. The applicant must be at least 19 years old on the first day of the State competition, and must be no older than 27 years of age as of December 31 st in the calendar year of the State competition.
To avoid doubt, the candidate cannot turn 27 years of age at any time in 2023. Phases of Competition: Private Interview (35% of total score), Talent (35%), Onstage Interview/Social Impact Pitch (15%), and Red Carpet (15%). Deadline to enter: Tuesday, July 5, 2022 Competition date and location: Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 3:00pm. The scholarship competition will take place at St. Valentine’s School, 25875 Hope St, Redford Charter Twp., MI

The Miss Oakland County Scholarship Program is accepting application forms for the 2022 Miss Oakland County’s Outstanding Teen Pageant, a preliminary pageant to Miss Michigan’s Outstanding Teen and Miss America’s Outstanding Teen. This is an OPEN competition, which means that anyone who resides in Michigan is eligible to compete if the age requirements are met.
Eligibility Requirements: Any female 12-18 years of age who resides in Michigan may compete. She must be at least 13 years on the first day of the State competition, and she must be no older than 18 years of age as of December 31st in the calendar year of the State competition. To avoid doubt, the candidate cannot turn 19 years of age at any time in 2023.
Phases of Competition: Private Interview (30% of total score), Talent (40%), Evening Wear/On-Stage Question (20%) and Lifestyle and Fitness (10%).
Deadline to enter: Tuesday, July 5, 2022
