Lathrup Village, Oak Park, Royal Oak Twp, and Southfield, MI – In the race for County Commission for the 17th District there are two Democrats running in the Aug 2 primary. The candidates are incumbent Yolanda Smith Charles and Lloyd C. Crews.
The winner of the primary will go on to face Republican Aaron Tobin in the Nov. 8 election. Tobin is unopposed in the primary.
