Reporter Food: Taco Vida in Clarkston
Clarkston, MI – Taco Vida Mexican Street Food in Clarkston is an amazing addition to our Reporter Food series! This fast and easy carryout was so darn good that I think they’ll be added to my regular rotation.
The walking taco comes with a choice of toppings. I picked ground beef, lettuce, onion, and Mexican style cheese. I had to try a taco, so I had the steak taco on a flour tortilla with sour cream added. A tasty side is Mexican corn on the cob, topped with a mayo and cheese based sauce that puts regular melted butter to shame. And for dessert was the perfectly sweet Vida almond cheese cake cone. Everything seemed to be high quality and made with care.
Other interesting items include the Mexican Vegetable Soup, Lettuce Wraps, and Loaded Baked Potato. And of course there are basics like tacos and burritos.
Taco Vida is located at 5510 Sashabaw Road in Clarkston. Check out more on their website https://tacovidamexicanstreetfood.com.
