Reporter Food: Taste of Vietnam in Auburn Hills
(Crystal A. Proxmire, April 13, 2022)
Auburn Hills, MI – The quest to support every restaurant in Oakland County continues with a carryout order from Taste of Vietnam in Auburn Hills, which also has ample seating for dine-in customers. Their website shares their philosophy, “We serve happiness to our customers through delicious, quality meals and an extraordinary restaurant experience while working toward the greater good for our employees, community, and environment.”
I ordered the Beef Pad Thai – a satisfying mix of noodles, veggies, strips of sliced beef, crushed peanuts and spices. An appetizer of pot stickers was a good choice, as was the sticky rice with mango for desert.
Taste of Vietnam offers a selection of Thai and Vietnamese dishes. This includes the Hanoi Grilled Pork with Vermicelli Noodles, Beef wrapped in Betel Leaves, Dungen Crab with Tamarind Sauce, and the Purple Rice Stick with Pa-Te and Dry Tripe Pork Sandwich. Other appetizers include the Fried Shrimp Cake, Steam Baby Clams, Fried Tofu and Eggrolls.
Taste of Vietnam is located at 2755 University Dr in Auburn Hills. Check out their full menu at https://tasteofvietnamthai.com
