Candidate Interview: Kent Douglas for State Rep Dist 43 (D)

Waterford, Lake Angelus, Clarkston, and Independence Township, MI – A special election is being held to fill the position of State Representative of the 43rd District. The 43rd District includes part of Waterford Township, the city of Lake Angelus, the village of Clarkston and Independence Township. The previous State Representative, Andrea Schroeder, died Oct. 1 after battling stomach cancer.
There is a primary on March 1, 2022, and the general election is May 3, 2022.
In the Democratic primary, Kent Douglas is unopposed.
In the Republican primary the candidates are Anthony Bartolotta, Mike Harris, Heidi Warrington, and Linda Ybarra Bozzone.
