Reporter Food: 112 Pizzeria Bistro in Rochester Hills

Rochester Hills, MI – I accidentally ordered the biggest pizza I’ve seen in my life at 112 Pizzeria Bistro in Rochester Hills.  The 18 inch Hawaiian pizza gave me plenty of leftovers to keep in the freezer for easy meals later. Delicious bacon-y meals.
This soft thin New York style pizza was coated with crisp juicy bacon, slivers of red onion, sweet golden pineapple and a swirl of bbq sauce with just the right kick to make your taste buds say “aloha.”
For those who don’t think pineapple belongs on pizza, there are several other specialty pizzas and the option to build you own. Some interesting choices include the Telegadas (Mozzarella, spinach, tomato, kalamata olives, and feta cheese), The St. Aubin (Fresh & regular mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage and parmigiano), The Henry Winkler (Bacon, roasted garlic, white onion & feta cheese), and the Stevie B (Fresh mozzarella, red onions, bacon, ham, jalapeños, and chèvre).
Pizza is definitely their focus, but they do offer a house salad, wings, and cheese bread stix. There’s also a cookie skillet that is baked nice and warm and topped with vanilla ice cream. In spite of the temptation I didn’t try that first hand. But if you have, let us know how it was on Facebook!
