Nov 3 – Blair Library Presents Sporting Events That Changed America
Clawson, MI – Blair Memorial Library will be hosting a virtual event “The Sporting Events That Changed America” via Zoom on Wednesday, November 3rd from 6:30 to 7:30pm.
This enlightening and enjoyable program will entertain and illuminate sports fans or anyone interested in American history.
The event is hosted by Martin Gitlin and is based on his highly acclaimed book titled Powerful Moments in Sports: The Most Significant Sporting Events in American History. The program features exciting videos of sporting events through more than 100 years that greatly impacted society and/or the sports themselves.
