Where: Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1950 S. Baldwin Rd. Lake Orion MI 48360
Why: The Orion Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church on Thursday, September 23rd from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at 1950 S. Baldwin Rd. Lake Orion MI 48360. Good Shepherd Lake Orion started as a mission church to the north Pontiac area. The Baldwin Road site was ready for worship by December of 1973. The church continued to grow and change throughout the following decades. They were blessed with the addition of a Christian elementary school in 2001.
