Reporter Food: Paul’s on Main Street in Downtown Rochester
(Crystal A. Proxmire, Sept. 11, 2021)
Rochester, MI – Paul’s on Main Street is a Downtown Rochester staple serving up breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a cozy atmosphere. I was fortunate to have a carryout breakfast that satisfied both my savory and sweet sides.
The home-style blueberry French Toast came topped with beautiful fresh blueberries and blueberry syrup. And the spinach and mushroom omelette had an impressive amount of fresh spinach, mushrooms, and goat cheese. This came with hash browns and I picked the English Muffin to go with it. What a great way to start the day!
Other breakfast items include biscuits and gravy, stuffed Nutella fruit french toast, Belgian waffles, omelettes (including meat lover’s, asparagus, and Greek styles), and of course basic eggs with your choice of sides.
For lunch one might try the black and blue burger, the chicken Siciliano salad, the club sandwich, the veggie pita or any number of other great salad and sandwich choices.
And for dinner the selections include Australian lamb chops, homemade lasagna, shrimp scampi, roast turkey dinner and more.
