Reporter Food: A Taste of Europe Crepes
(Crystal A. Proxmire, Aug. 29, 2021)
Rochester Hills, MI – With fresh made crepes, paninis, and wraps, A Taste of Europe Crepes offers a simple solution for carrying out quality food with fresh ingredients, most of which are organic.
There are sweet and savory options. I opted for the Blueberry Breakfast crepe, made with fresh blueberries and cottage cheese, topped with honey. And for a savory selection I had the French Classic made with egg, cheddar, and ham. Both were amazing, with the French Classic being like a neat little layered sandwich with lots of flavor, and the blueberry breakfast being a bit more messy, but also delicious, feast.
The menu is full of interesting choices.
For the sweet side, options include the caramel apple pie crepe, S’mores crepe, chocolate cherry, PB & J, berry berry and more.
Some of the more inspired savory crepes include the beefy cheese, the spicy pulled pork, the gyro, the cordon blue, and the crepizza which features mozzarella, pepperoni, and pizza sauce.
A Taste of Europe Crepes is located at 119 W. Auburn Road in Rochester Hills. Check out their full menu and enjoy easy online ordering at www.europecrepes.com.
