Printing Error Causes Water Bill Worries in Orion Township

Orion Township, MI – Residents in Orion Township may be surprised by water bills arriving this week in the mail. According to an alert sent out by the Township, the bills show incorrect addresses and balance.
The alert stated:
“You may have received a water bill recently without your service address printed on it. Due to a printing error, the service address wasn’t printed and the billing information and date were for June 2021. Please disregard this water/sewer bill.
“You should receive the corrected water/sewer bill within a few days with July 2021 billing date and information.
If you have any questions please contact Public Services at 248-391-0304, ext. 8500.”
Township Supervisor Chris Barnett added “We apologize for any confusion.”
