Reporter Food: Four Korners Restaurant in Auburn Hills
(Crystal A. Proxmire, July 14, 2021)
Auburn Hills, MI – The quest to support every restaurant in Oakland County continues with this visit to Four Korners Restaurant in Auburn Hills. Situated at the corner of E. Walton and Lapeer Road, this family diner serves up a variety of meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I had a carryout lunch of a hot meatloaf sandwich, served open-faced on a bed of mashed potatoes and corn, swimming in gravy. This came with a side of mushroom soup, for an all-around filling meal.
Other sandwich choices include the hot veal sandwich, grilled cheese, tuna sandwich, BLT, Slim Jim and more. There’s also a nice selection of burgers with traditional favorites as well as some specialties like the Greek burger (topped with grilled onion, feta and tomato) or the Texas cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, bacon and onion rings.
Dinners include steak, liver and onions, fried chicken, and ham steak. There are also Italian and Greek dishes, as well as a menu of seafood plates and of salads.
For breakfast there’s also a lot to choose from, including a slew of omelets and breakfast sandwiches. Pancakes and French Toast are also popular at Four Korners, and of course there are biscuits and gravy as well.
Four Korners has a website at http://dineoptions.com/FourKorners/, but the easiest way to view their menu is on AllMenus.com.
