Man Arrested in Fatal Shooting Near 8 Mile in Detroit

Detroit, MI –A shooting near 8 Mile and Pinehurst in Detroit, just south of Royal Oak Township, has left one man dead, one woman seriously injured, and a shooter with self-inflicted injuries.
The shootings took place on Sunday at around 12:16pm according to The Detroit News. Police told the News that the 36-year-old male suspect had been in an altercation with the man and woman.
