Ferndale, MI – Ferndale Police are asking residents in the neighborhood of St. Louis street to check their security cameras for potential clues for shots fired at around 8:15pm Wednesday night.
According to Ferndale Communications Director Kara Sokol, “All we know so far is that shots were fired (five rounds) around 8:15 p.m. tonight in what can be described as a “drive-by style” in the 500-block of St. Louis St. It’s an open investigation at this time, but it doesn’t appear at this point to be random, the area is now clear, and the Department is working to investigate. ”
