“Holly for the Holidays” Rewards Shoppers in Historic Village
(Crystal A. Proxmire, Dec. 3, 2020)
Holly, MI-  The Holly Area Chamber and Downtown Holly have teamed up to promote “Holly for the Holidays.”
While the traditional Dickens Festival festivities have been cancelled for the year due to COVID-19, businesses are still decking the halls (and storefront windows) to provide a charming shopping experience in the historic village.
Sales, promotions, and popup events are being shared on the Downtown Holly and Holly Area Chamber of Commerce pages throughout the holiday season.
There’s also  a weekly contest for shoppers to upload their receipts from local businesses to be entered to win $100. Winners are drawn each Sunday evening through December 20. Each week is a new contest to enter new receipts.
The first winner was Carole from Clarkston who entered with three receipts from Holly stores.  A new drawing is held each week and entries don’t carry forward, so shop and post each week to be in the drawing.
Several Holly businesses are open to welcome visitors, including Holly Cafe, which is now serving lunch and carryout meals, Holly Hotel which is doing carryout events, Blumz by JRDesigns, Creative Fashions, Kerton Lumber, and Holly Antiques.
Keep up with the latest on the Downtown Holly and Holly Area Chamber of Commerce pages.
