Reporter Food: Maruca’s Kitchen Opens in Holly

Holly, MI – Members of the Holly community came out on Nov. 11 to welcome the community’s newest restaurant – Maruca’s Kitchen.
The small carry-out spot is located at 1006 N Saginaw St, next door to Revive Sips and Sweets.  With a simple menu and a staff full of family members, they’re hoping to find success in spite of opening in the midst of the pandemic.
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony I ordered a steak burrito, which came stuffed with rice and cheese as well pieces of beef.  Other options include chicken and taco meat.  There are also quesadillas, tacos, and nachos.
