Avon Donuts Robbed, Suspect at Large

(OCSO, July 24, 2020)

Pontiac, MI – Deputies responded to the 45000 block of Woodward Ave. (Avon Donuts) on a report of an Armed Robbery Friday morning. A subject entered the business and presented the cashier with a note indicating he was in possession of a firearm and was demanding the money from the register. The cashier handed the subject the money from the register and he then fled in an unknown direction. 

OUTCOME OF INCIDENT: An OCSO K-9 Unit responded to the scene and attempted to track the suspect without success. The Detective Bureau was notified and the incident remains under investigation.

SUSPECT INFORMATION: Unknown black male, 6’ 03”, 200 lbs., wearing black shirt, black pants, black baseball hat and a black face covering.
