2020 Candidate Interview: Derek Burton for Holly Township Trustee

Holly Township, MI – Voters in Holly Township have several races on the ballot.
In the Republican Primary candidates are Derek Burton, Patrick Feeney, Steve Ruth, and Tim Terpening.
Robert Mask is the only candidate in the Aug. 4, 2020 Democratic Primary.
Voters can select up to two candidates from their chosen party. The top two from each party go on to the Nov. 3, 2020 election.
In the Supervisor race, incumbent George Kullis, a Republican, will face Democrat Sherlynn Everly in the Nov. 3 election. Both are unopposed in the Primary.
In the Clerk race, incumbent Karin Winchester is on the Republican Primary ballot as Katy Golden. There are no Democrats in the primary.
In the race for Holly Township Treasurer, there are only candidates in the Republican Primary, with incumbent Township Treasurer Mark Freeman on the ballot, as well as challengers David Cruickshank and Richard Kinnamon.
There are also 7 seats available on the Parks Commission, and only five candidates. The candidates are Democrats Courtney Coster, Donna McBride, and Karrigan Roche, as well as Republicans Joe Hutchins and Kathleen Kendall Martin.
