Rochester Hills, MI -While on patrol in the area of S. Rochester Rd and Hamlin Rd at around 2:40 am Saturday, a Deputy observed what appeared to be a disturbance occurring inside of the Ram’s Horn Restaurant, located in the 1900 block of S. Rochester Rd.  The Deputy was advised by the Sheriff’s Operation Center that there was a physical fight inside of the restaurant and that one of the subjects was in possession of a knife.  Deputies restored order and it was determined that the knife had been taken away by an employee of the restaurant during the confrontation.
OUTCOME OF INCIDENT:  Upon the initial investigation it was determined that the altercation was a result of an intoxicated individual who was vomiting in a bucket at a table.  The altercation escalated to the point that the responsible male got up from his table, took out a large pocket-knife and approached one of the males sitting at another table.
The suspect then pointed the knife at the victim, keeping it only a few inches away from him and telling him to do something about his friend throwing up. The suspect was arrested and transported to the Oakland County Jail where he was lodged. There were no injuries reported.  Detectives will be continuing with the investigation.
VICTIM INFORMATION:  27-year-old male, resident of the City of Fraser.
ARRESTEE INFORMATION:  28-year-old male, resident of Metamora Twp
