OC Restaurant Quest: Little Saigon Restaurant in Madison Heights
(Crystal A. Proxmire, orig. Jan. 9, 2020)
Madison Heights, MI – I had the most delicious tofu I’ve ever had when I went to dinner at Little Saigon Restaurant at 29083 Dequindre in Madison Heights.
The Bun Tofu Xao, or stir fried tofu, was served with vermicelli noodles and stir fried veggies. It was absolutely wonderful.
My friend had Beef Pho Tai. We also shared some spring rolls and I had a lychee fruit smoothie.
Little Saigon Restaurant dubs itself Vietnamese Soul Food, and their menu is full of traditional favorites including rice and noodle dishes, including Mi VIT Tiem (egg noodle duck soup), Banh Hoi Thit Nuong (tiny vermicelli with grilled pork), and Com Bo Xao Xa Ot (sauteed chicken with lemongrass over white rice).
