Incumbents Return in Royal Oak Election

Royal Oak, MI- Voters in Royal Oak opted to keep the same city leaders in place during Tuesday’s local election. Mayor Mike Fournier retains his seat with 56.61% (7,371) votes over challenger Stephen Miller who got 42.88% (5,583). There were 66 unassigned write ins, accounting for 0.51%.
For commissioner, incumbents Patricia Paruch, Kyle Dubuc and Randy LeVasseur will be returning. Paruch got 6,820 votes. DuBuc got 6,385, and LeVasseur got 5,894.
Of the challengers who did not make it, Pamela Lindell got 5,793 votes, Tom Hallock got 5,723 votes, Belem Morales got 5,667, and there were 47 unassigned write-ins.
