2019 Candidate Interview: Carolyn Upton, Novi City Council Partial Term

Novi, MI – Carolyn Upton is running for Novi City Council in the Nov. 5, 2019 election for the partial term seat that ends in 2021.
In Novi there are two candidates for Mayor: Incumbent Mayor Bob Gatt and challenger Christine Ingles.
There are three seats for a full term city council member of four years. Candidates for those seats are Laura Casey, Hugh Crawford, Colleen Crossey, Bin Qamruzzaman, Tia Marie Sanders, and David Staudt.
There is also a partial term council seat that ends Nov. 8, 2021. There is one seat, with Alexandra Dinser, Justin Fischer, and Carolyn Upton on the ballot.
