Holly Dickens Festival Continues

Holly, MI- The Holly Dickens Festival is nearing the end, with the last day being Dec. 9.  Last weekend’s festivities had the historic downtown full of characters from Victorian times, especially those from the Charles Dickens classic “A Christmas Carol.”
