A Bacon-tastic Time at Royal Oak Bacon Bash

Royal Oak, MI- Another Bacon Bash has come and gone, gracing the Royal Oak Farmers Market last weekend with delicious dishes featuring, you guessed it, bacon.
Each Guest was given a quality souvenir glass for the drinks as they roamed the Market. VIP ticket holders got in an hour earlier and enjoyed expedited lines.
The bacon was shared in many forms- on pizza, on ice cream, on waffles…and the list goes on. Amid squeals of delight from patrons wearing pig snout, was the music of Cosmic Groove, playing some delicious rock music.
There was also a contest for the best bacon creations judged by regular folks. Some results of the competition: BEST DESSERT WINNER: Granite City BEST SWEET DESSERT WINNER: Simply Gourmet BEST ALL-AROUND BACON WINNER: Crazy Gringo
Bruce & Leslie Reinhart of Sterling Heights were there with their Wine Club to experience the Bacon Bash, commenting on how fun the evening was. Later with friends and they appeared to be having a blast!
