Como’s Property Listed for Sale, Owners Asking $4 Million
(Crystal A. Proxmire, Jan. 3, 2018)
Ferndale, MI – 22812 Woodward, aka Como’s Restaurant, is now up for sale according to a listing on loopnet.com. The listing has an asking price of $4 million.
Como’s closed in September after having their Health Division license revoked due to health violations. The restaurant, which opened in 1957, has also faced the temporary loss of their liquor license in late 2015, and problems with tax liens, which the new owner could be responsible for.
Items from the restaurant are being auctioned online.
