Man Arrested for Littering 
on Roundtree Drive in Troy

Troy, MI – Roundtree Drive, East of John R Road, 12/18/2017, 11:29 PM: Officer observed the driver of a silver 2014 GMC Acadia traveling northbound on John R Road with a bag of garage on the hood of the vehicle. The driver turned east onto Roundtree Drive where he stopped and placed the bag of garbage onto the sidewalk. The driver returned to his vehicle and drove away. A traffic stop was initiated and the officer spoke with the driver, a 35 year old male from Troy, who indicated he was looking for a dumpster to place the trash in but 
could not find one. The driver was unable to produce his State of Michigan Operator License and was arrested. He was charged with Littering and No Operator’s License on Person. 17-39599
