Holly, MI – Want to bring back memories of Christmas past with some vintage holiday decor? Or simply looking for a present that will spark some nostalgia? Holly Antiques has a variety of decorating and gift ideas.
The store is packed with old school art, furniture, housewares, toys, jewelry, clocks, lamps, books, magazines, tools, and other items, with experts on hand who can help you better get to know your purchase. But for this holiday gift series we’ve mainly stuck to the jolly and the jingly seasonal items that would delight little girls and little boys, as well as grown-ups who have the Christmas spirit.
Among our favorites is the quintessentially Holly-esque collection of Charles Dickens writing. Each year Holly hosts the Holly Dickens Festival, so the books seem fitting in the midst of this historically rich downtown.
A mischievous looking devil holding a package adorned with holly was also found among the ceramic figurines. But mostly there were Santa Clauses, angels, and animals spotted at the booths of the many vendors in the store.
