In the Royal Oak Mayor’s race, incumbent Michael Fournier faces challenger Mike D. Skinner for a two year term.
For the City Commission there are three seats available for a four year term. Incumbents Sharlan Douglas and David Poulton are on the ballot along with Kim Gibbs, Richard Karlowski and Melanie Macey.
There is also a two-year partial term seat available, with Brandon Anthony Kolo and Randy LeVasseur on the ballot for that.
Poulton is the only candidate who did not respond to our interview request. For all candidate interviews see http://oaklandcounty115.com/2017/07/01/2017-candidate-interviews/
