2017 Candidate Interview: Greg Ouelette for Auburn Hills City Council

Auburn Hills, MI – Greg Ouellette is running as a write-in candidate for Auburn Hills City Council on Nov. 7, 2017.  In the race for Council only 3 people are running on the ballot for four seats:  John S. Burmeister, Bob Kittle and Henry V. Knight.  Other write-in candidates are: Trina Rena Burrell, Eugene Hawkins III, and Ronald Moniz.

Ouellette is a Real Estate Agent who has served on the Planning Commission since 1998.  Previously he served on the Board of Review and on the Architectural Committee to expand the Auburn Hills Library.

When asked why people should put him down for a write-in vote, Ouellette said “Anybody that knows me knows that I care and I love the city of Auburn Hills, so they’ll know when I’m making a vote on City Council that for the residents, for whatever the issue is, that I would have the back of the residents, that I would listen to what the interests are, to what the concerns are, and the impact it would have on the community.”
