Suicide Awareness Vigil in Lathrup Village Sept. 24

Suicide Awareness Vigil in Lathrup Village Sept. 24

Lathrup Village, MI – September is suicide awareness/prevention month. The candlelight vigil is in memory of all the people we have loss to suicide. By having this candlelight vigil I am hoping to raise the awareness of suicide. Depression, sadness, grief and mental health issues are real. We need to let each other know we’re here for them and THEY MATTER. I will be lighting a candle for my nephew, Matthew Christopher Brown 12/27/88 – 9/4/2014. I hope you can attend. Hosted by Councilperson Kelly Garrett at City of Lathrup Village 27400 Southfield Rd Sunday Sept. 24 from 6:30pm to 8 pm. More info:
