Boys and Girls Clubs of Oakland & Macomb One of Top Ten in the Country

Royal Oak, MI – Boys & Girls Clubs of America honored the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland & Macomb Counties as one of the Top Ten organizations from across the country at the 111th Annual National Conference in Dallas, TX this week.

The ten organizations were honored for achieving the highest level of Successive Organizational Achievement & Recognition in the key performance indicators measuring the leadership and impact of Boys & Girls Clubs.

The ten organizations, of more than 1,100 Boys & Girls Club organizations nationwide, achieved the highest level of performance in each of the past three years.

“We are so proud of our Boys & Girls Club organization. Daily our Club is making a differnce in the lives of our 2,700 Club members. Today, I was honored to receive this award on behalf of our board and everyone who contributes and supports the mission and vision of our Boys & Girls Club,” shared Bart Tinsley, Chair, Boys & Girls Clubs of Oakland & Macomb Counties.
