Street were for Outstanding Warrants
(Crystal A. Proxmire, March 23, 2017)
Ferndale, MI – In response to an inquiry by Oakland County Times, Ferndale Sgt. Baron Brown released the following statement about arrests made on College Street Tuesday night.
“03/21/2017 at 20:46: We sent officers to238 College because a neighbor who knew that the house was vacant noticed people inside working on it. We contacted two people inside the house who appeared to be legitimately working on the house. Unfortunately, both had outstanding warrants from other jurisdictions. Katelyn Kurzyniec, 25 was arrested and turned over to the jurisdiction holding her warrant. Robert Henderson, 29, was arrested and turned over to the jurisdiction holding his warrant. No other indications of criminal behavior were noted.”
Sgt. Brown has not yet responded to a request for more information about the charges or the jurisdictions. This story will be updated if that information becomes available.
