Suspects Arrested After 7-Eleven Robberies in Ferndale, Oak Park & Madison Heights

Ferndale, Oak Park, and Madison Heights, MI – According to Ferndale Police St. Baron Brown there were four 7-Eleven robberies on Tuesday, that ended with the arrest of two suspects in Madison Heights.
According to St. Brown “Here’s what we are releasing. Robbery in Ferndale occurred this afternoon. We believe the same suspects then robbed a 7-11 in Oak Park and two 7-11s in Madison Heights. Undercover units saturated the areas and arrested two subject after the 4th robbery in Mad HTS. There will be more info tomorrow. ”
UPDATE: Lt. William Wilson of the Ferndale Police said that the suspects were brothers aged 17 and 25 from Oak Park and they will likely be arraigned on Thursday.
In regard to the Ferndale robbery, he said “On Tuesday, February 07, 2017 at 1507 hours, dispatch advised that the 7-Eleven located at 1040 W Nine Mile had been robbed. A white male, late 20’s, wearing a black hoody told the cashier “give me all your f****** money.” When the cashier asked if he was serious, the male stated “I’m not f****** playing” and showed a black handgun inside the right pocket of his hoody. The cashier gave the male all the money from the register and he fled out the store.”
