(Jan. 13, 2017) Ferndale, MI – Metromode, a website that celebrates Metro Detroit, included The Oakland County 115 News in their feature this week titled “Metro Detroit’s independent local news outlets making the best of a bad time in journalism.”
Oc115 was included along with Motor City Muckraker and Pulp as examples of independent journalism that is growing as larger corporate-owned publications are scaling back.
