Jazz comes to Berkley First on December 2

Berkley, MI – The Phillip J. Hale Trio will put on a free jazz concert on Friday, December 2 at 7:00 p.m. The concert will take place at the Berkley First United Methodist Church at 2820 Twelve Mile in downtown Berkley.
The Berkley Public Library and Berkley First are delighted to welcome the Phillip J. Hale Trio to Berkley for an evening of live jazz. Gifted musician Phil Hale will be on keyboard with Milton Hale on drums and John Barron on bass. The concert is presented by the Jazz Foundation of America.
“Berkley First is excited to welcome the Phillip J. Hale Trio and just as excited to welcome you to enjoy this FREE community concert in our renovated space,” said Zack Dunlap, Pastor, Berkley First.
“The library is thrilled to get outside our building and into another community space. We look forward to bringing a first-rate musician to Berkley,” said Matt Church, Library Director.
