Number one on the new city manager’s to-do list is establishing a dialogue with  Berkley residents. To begin this process, Baumgarten is inviting residents to “Chat with Matt” and talk about city related concerns residents may have, operational challenges and priorities for the city and other matters related to the current state of city infrastructure, including municipal buildings.
