Huntington Woods, MI – There is a saying in Huntington Woods about the annual Independence Day Parade – half the walks in it, and half the town watches. And as the parade wove through the tree-lined residential streets, there were many who lined the curbs and many who watched from their porches. Events like the parade remind people not only to cherish freedom and display patriotism, but of the importance of tradition and community.
