Brown Accuses State Senator Marty Knollenberg of Assault

Pontiac, MI – Oakland County Clerk Lisa Brown made a preliminary report to Oakland County Sheriff’s on Wednesday night alleging that State Senator Marty Knollenberg squeezed her arm in a painful way and would not let go until others intervened, according to a report in The Detroit News.
The incident happened after County Executive L. Brooks Patterson delivered his State of the County address at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac hotel.
Brown is a Democrat and Knollenberg is a Republican and the two served together in the Michigan House of Representatives prior to their respective current positions.
