Event Description:
In recognition of Women’s Heart Health Month, Ferndale, Madison Heights/Hazel Park, Royal Oak and the Southfield Area Chambers of Commerce as well as the American Heart Association bring you a Heart of a Leader.
This event will feature a panel discussion on women’s health, a health and wellness and retail exhibition and 20 minute interactive presentations on kickboxing and Zumba by physical trainers at Franklin Athletic Club.
(casual dress, jeans and tennis shoes appropriate!)
Featured panelist: Dr. Joel Kahn – Cardiologist, Nadia Elmagrabi – Nutritionist, Joan Crawford – Cardiologist and Jennifer Hoinka – Fitness Professional.
We will be raffling off a 3 month membership to Franklin Athletic Club ($300 value). Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5. (*all proceeds to benefit American Heart Association)
