Groups Collecting Clothes for
Homeless Vets: Hazel Park, Ferndale, Royal Oak, Pontiac & Waterford

This holiday season, the Ferndale Elks, Hazel Park Eagles, and Detroit Tough gym are partnering up to collect new or gently used clothing and blankets to be distributed among the nearly 2,000 homeless veterans in the Detroit area. All metro Detroit fraternal organizations are welcome to participate in this effort to help those who have helped all of us.
Donations will be accepted through December 19th at noon. Drop-off locations include the Eagles Aux of East Detroit, Ferndale Elks #1588, Ferndale Fire Headquarters (1635 Livernois Rd.), Ferndale Middle School, Ferndale Police Department, Hazel Park Eagles #2449, Hazel Park District Library, Hazel Park Recreation Center, Kelly’s Sports Bar & Grill (26615 Ryan Rd.), Mt. Clemens Eagles #1269, Pontiac-Waterford Elks #810, Roseclair Eagles #2895, Royal Oak Eagles #2092, and the Royal Oak V.F.W.
