2015 marks the 17th year for The Ridge Fine Art & Handmade Wares Show! And it is still about the art & artists! This isn’t your ordinary art fair, but one that focuses on quality not 
quantity when it comes to vendors. The long standing vision is to combine a strong community of artists to share their talent and dedicated customers who really appreciate and support art. If you want to know where to start & finish your Holiday shopping, look no further! The upbeat nature of this show and focus on Michigan artists, buying handmade and keeping the money at home, is the recipe for its success after all these years.
While at the show customers are encouraged to vote for their favorite artist for a “People’s Choice” award. The winning artist receives a cash prize and invitation back to show, while the people who vote get a chance to win one of the many donated handmade prizes. There are complimentary snacks to nibble on as shoppers stroll about and plenty of free parking.
The show has a unique balance of art veterans and newbies displaying their creations. New artists are rotated in each year to keep shoppers excited to discover something new!
