The newly founded Trans Sistas of Color Project (TSOCP) is hosting the exclusive Detroit premiere and screening of the groundbreaking, scripted new web series featuring all trans men, Eden’s Garden, along with the series writer and producer, Seven King, on Friday, November 13 at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. at the WSUP (Wayne State University Prevention Team) offices located at 60 W. Hancock, Detroit, MI 48201. The suggested donation for either day is $20 per person. RSVP is required through Eventbrite.com. Trans SIstas of Color Project
Founded in 2015 in response to the growing number of trans murders, the Trans Sistas of Color Project was created to uplift, inspire and influence the lives of transgender women of color in Detroit. TSOCP’s trans centric programming, services and resources are built around the goal of building a 24 hour drop center for trans women of color in Detroit.
Seven King Entertainment (aka “SKE”) is an American film and television production company founded by Seven King. SKE is dedicated to producing, acquiring and marketing films which inspire, uplift and entertain people. SKE acquired films in various stages of development and productions (from script to finished films).
Seven King is an African American man from the Bronx, New York. He is a director, writer, screenwriter, playwright, film producer, documentarian and advocate. He is the third child of American hip hop entertainer Mr. Ness from the iconic hip hop group, Grandmaster Flash & the Furious Five and is the founder of Seven King Entertainment.
